terms.

plain english version first. the formal stuff is below it. if they conflict, the formal stuff wins.

plain english: cove is free. it's not magic. it helps you scroll less, but you're the one who has to want to. don't abuse it. it's distributed through the Apple App Store, so their rules apply too. if something breaks, tell us and we'll try to fix it — but we're not liable for your choices.

using cove

cove is a free iOS application. by downloading or using it, you agree to these terms. you must be at least 13 years old to use cove.

what we don't do

the App Store

cove is distributed via Apple's App Store. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the application. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for cove.

changes to the app or these terms

we may update cove or these terms at any time. material changes to the terms will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. continued use of cove after a change means you accept the new terms.

limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, cove and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. if applicable law doesn't allow this limitation, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for cove — which is $0, because it's free.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
